10 Gigabit Ethernet Performance

As Gigabit Ethernet becomes increasingly popular in the Carrier Ethernet and service provider domain, carrier-class devices like the LE-3300 are needed to allow optimal aggregation of Carrier Ethernet data services. The LE-3300 as a Carrier Ethernet platform supports aggregation of Gigabit Ethernet towards 10 Gigabit Ethernet uplinks. Using 24 port 1 Gigabit Ethernet modules and 2 port 10 Gigabit Ethernet modules in 6RU chassis form factor, allow operators to configure the LE-3300 to deliver high performance while allowing future growth using unused capacity.
