Customers and partners have secure 24-hour access to current World Wide Packets Education Services information through its Education Services Portal, which can be accessed from the Customer Services and Support web page. The Portal provides up-to date information on the company’s training and certification programs, including class schedules, registration, training and certification history and account status.

Customers can register and pay for training and certification programs through the Portal’s Automated Registration System. Registered users can also check individual training status, review account information, and register and pay for courses and exams via direct purchase or training credits. Additionally, registered students can receive automated course scheduling information and certification updates via the Portal to help keep their professional development goals on track.
